Frédérique FERRAND

Frédérique FERRAND is a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1999.


She holds a certificate of specialization in environmental law and a doctor of law. After working at the firm HUGLO LEPAGE et ASSOCIÉS, she founded the firm HORUS LAWYERS, and joined the Cabinet VOVAN et ASSOCIÉS as an Of Counsel attorney.

Her main areas of activity are planning and development law, the environmental law and administrative property law (public domain, public works, right of pre-emption, expropriation and so forth).

She taught planning law, notably as a lecturer at the University of Lyon III. She has participated in numerous seminars and training courses and has published several articles in public law.
